Recently Acquired Simmental Bulls

ABS is Excited to Announce 2 New Red Simmental Bulls:

Traxinger Rushmore X103 – “We have been searching for a replacement for FREEDOM and this is it! He is DNA tested homozygous polled and the best part is he is out of a HOOSIER dam.  This will really give us pedigree flexibility to go back on all the BEEF MAKER, Gunner and Shear Force cattle out there plus most other red pedigrees.  He offers a great set of EPDs but long-term his ability to make daughters should really be his strong suit.  He is a very solid individual with muscle, lots of shape and good volume.  This is a young sire so stay tuned for updates and when semen will be available.”

DCR Mr Big Heart X425 – “This outcross sire is out of the really strong Doll Ranch Sale.  He is DNA tested homozygous polled and is a non-diluter being out of two black parents.  He will again be a bull you can use on nearly any red pedigree out there.  He is a really attractive, deep red bull with lots of capacity and muscle.  He was a little younger bull in the offering but definitely one of the sale highlights.  Easily one of the top red calves to sell this year – super complete.  I think he will make a very interesting addition to our lineup.  Stay tuned for updates and when semen will be available.”
