Update to Developmental Duplication Genetic Condition

Earlier this week, we announced a newly identified genetic condition known as Developmental Duplication. 

The American Angus Association Board of Directors formally recognized Developmental Duplication (DD) as a recessive genetic condition and adopted a policy relative to the registration of animals that carry this mutation.
