January also means a NEW Spring 2013 Beef Sire Directory!  We have traditionally tried to unveil the new books at NWSS in Denver, with the anticipation of delivery by mail to you the second week of January.  We did strive for that goal as well this year.  With American Angus Association’s announcement of recalibrating values for the Pfizer HK 50K test, re-estimated genomic correlations, and updated economic assumptions for $Values to be released this Friday, ABS has opted to hold printing until the new data arrives.  We anticipate the new directories to arrive the last week of January.  Until then, we’d like to share the online version of the directory today.  This version is complete, only using Angus EPDs from their December Sire Summary.
